You can close a campaign record in one of the following ways:
You can close open and paused campaign records, meaning that they are not in active or closed status. If you, for some reason or other, should need to close active records, i.e. records recorded in CallGuide Server and in line to be dialled, you can temporarily stop the campaign. All records are then rolled back to the database. Then you can close the intended records and restart the campaign.
If a campaign is closed, the records remain in the status they were in when the closing occurred.
